This apprenticeship trains you to provide excellent customer service, and can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors

Duration:

12 months with 5 days off the job training.

Qualifications:

NVQ Diploma Level 2 in Customer Service

Functional Skills L2 (x 2)

Funding:

Fully funded for anyone not having a Level 4 qualification.
